The 7people team stepped in to build our very first growth and salary framework and our performance process. It was uniquely tailor-made to our company goals and employee needs, with a creative wink to everything food-related so it matches our brand. When they wrapped up the assignment Yara even stayed almost a year longer as our fractional Head of People to guide and develop our people team and navigate us on HR-related matters. An amazing 10-month journey of building, creating, and growing HR together. Eva became the heartbeat of our People Operations: streamlining Hibob, onboarding and offboarding, first contact for iwell'ers and driving projects like Cybersecurity and SLIM. Florentine brought a lot of creativity: she set up Notion as our shared workspace with the iwell Academy, teamspaces, the new Handbook and she did several 'on the side' projects. Jessie brought such a positive, resourceful and pragmatic attitude, which was really needed at a time of change. She also provided me with a safe space and sounding board to help me execute a team change. Eran was absolutely essential in building our new People team, supporting recruitment, and getting our HRIS system up and running. Eran always asked high quality questions, shared thoughtful advice, and was proactive in spotting potential risks. On top of that, he was always approachable, ready to jump into a challenge, and bring such great energy to the team. Eran's fresh perspective and support for junior team members made a real difference and every time we were working together directly I knew that we could handle it together and bounce off each other which was great synergy and teamwork.
