Answers to the most common questions we receive:
Duration / Length
Most sessions start at 3 hours — enough time to learn, practise, and talk things through. The length depends on your needs and group size. Tell us about your team and we’ll shape a format that fits.
Location
We offer workshops and training in person (onsite) and online. If you wish a hybrid mode we can also talk about it, it’s technically possible.
Group size
We can train any size group, depending on the topic. We train groups of up to 12 people with 1 trainer. In case the group size increases we add an extra trainer.
This does impact costs, our standard pricing is based on groups of max 12.
For events we can facilitate for any group size but will have to change the format and discuss the guidance needed.
Methods
We’re proudly pragmatic. We keep it simple and get things done by using our library of work experiences and collective wisdom by unfluffing theory.
Methods we use most often are Intentional Leadership, (peer) coaching, change theory, positive psychology, Clifton Strengths, DISC, and experiential learning.
We’ve guided hundreds of teams through growth, friction, and flow.
We’ve seen what teams need and what they don’t. When facilitating a training for you, we tap into that wisdom - making sure the training is practical, interactive, and full of examples your team can relate to. Not a one-way street of information but thought provoking conversations.
Our trainers are skilled facilitators and will always ‘meet you where you’re at’. We’ll make every session work, whatever your level or the group’s level may be.
Workshops start from €2900 excl VAT.
Depending on the session and your specific wishes, prices go up. For example - with the training on Mastering Difficult Conversations is done with a Training Actor - this starts at €3500.
