We charge between 20-25% of the annual salary of the hired candidate. Our standard pricing is 20% for non-executive roles, and 25% for C-level search assignments.
If you also work with us for an interim solution (often until the permanent candidate has been hired), you get a discount - we then charge 15%.
We always work on an exclusive basis, because we spend a lot of time on each search we take on.

Yes, we can. We have a large pool of available interim HR professionals who can step in to cover the role whilst we look for someone permanent.
This can be someone from our own team, or someone from our broader HR community. You'll be presented with options to choose from.
If you hire an interim professional through us until the permanent hire starts, we provide a discount on the search fee - and we charge 15%.
We have a strong network of HR professionals, which we maintain carefully. We are known in the market for organising HR events and meetups, where we meet the people you might be looking for. This warm network also helps us with great referrals. We know a lot of HR professionals who are not actively looking, but who are 'open' for the right opportunity.
