Answers to the most common questions we receive:

Why should I use external support?

Because sometimes, it just makes more sense to bring in external capacity or expertise. Your own team might be too busy, or lack experience on a specific topic.

We love co-designing with teams who need additional expertise or simply a fresh pair of eyes. Sometimes it’s about speed: you need to move fast, but you don’t have the internal resources to make it happen.

Our team is used to interim assignments and constantly delivering projects. We bring structure and a very pragmatic way of working.

Do you have availability?

Yes, we always have availability. It's important to know that our core team is sometimes booked weeks (or even months) ahead. The availability varies per week, and we can always let you know the same day who is available and when.

If you need someone urgently, and our core team is fully booked, we look into our available interim pool. We know who is available on short notice, as we are in contact with our community on a daily basis.

Realistically it takes a week or two at least before we start a new assignment. This also gives us time to match you with the right person, and agree on the details.

How do we get started?

Super simple. Get in touch with us (see contact page). You can call, or submit the contact form. We'll set up a meeting with you to understand your requirements.

After the initial call, we advise on availability and pricing. When you give us the green light, we can kick off within days or weeks - depending on availability.

Not fully sure what you need yet? No worries, we'll think along with tou and help you define the challenge and the support you need.

What are costs and duration?

The rates of our consultants and interim professionals depand on seniority and the complexity of the role or project.
Our day rates typically range from €600 to €1200 ex vat.

The number of hours per week or days per project also impacts the costs.

Interim assignments are typically between 3-6 months, with extensions possible if needed.
Project assignments can start from 5 days to 12 months, with 8-40 hours per week.

Sometimes we work in pairs to be more efficient - a powerful duo is double the fun!

Can I choose my own consultant?

We will propose profiles who are a good match, based on your needs and based on their availability. You can then meet with them and confirm interest. If we have multiple people available, you can select the best match.

Before an assignment starts, we always make sure you've met the consultant for an introduction. We really aim for a great fit, personally and professionally.
