What to expect from training by 7people:
Our sessions are lively, interactive, and immediately applicable, with participants leaving full of ideas they can use the very next day. We’re subject matter experts who’ve been in your shoes, working with 100+ organisations from startups to corporates. That means we bring real-life examples, proven best practices, and a relatable approach for both employees and managers.
Training modules are offered à la carte - book a stand‑alone session or combine them into a full programme. We love the energy of in‑person training, but can also deliver online for distributed teams.

Building Thriving Teams
Great teams are build with intent. In this session, we cover what teams need to thrive, and how managers can lead them through growth, friction, and flow.
Management 101
Stepping into a management role can be overwhelming. We provide new managers with the essential tools to lead with confidence, set expectations, and drive team success from day one. This training is always made in co- creation with the client.
Conscious Communication
Clear, thoughtful communication is the key to strong collaboration. In this training, participants learn how to listen actively, express themselves with impact, and navigate conversations with good intention.
The Art of Effective Feedback
Feedback is a muscle you should train. This training is designed to understand what meaningful feedback looks like. It teaches practical techniques to give and receive feedback in a meaningful way.
Lead from Strength
When people play to their strengths, they perform at their best. This session helps individuals and teams discover their natural talents and learn how to use them to boost engagement, productivity, and teamwork. Facilitated by a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
Growing Talent
A key responsibility of managers is to help people grow. In this workshop, we'll cover fundamental skills needed to help people grow, adapted from coaching theories.
Hiring the Right People
Hiring the right people is both an art and a science. This training equips hiring managers and recruiters with the skills to attract, assess, and select top talent. Ensuring a great fit for both the role and company culture.
Delegating with Trust & Clarity
Learn how to delegate effectively by giving clear ownership, building trust, and ensuring accountability- without micromanaging. This session helps leaders create clarity and empower their teams to deliver results with confidence.
Navigating Difficult Conversations
This hands-on workshop equips participants with practical tools to confidently navigate high-stakes, emotionally charged conversations. Through practicing with a training actor, attendees will learn how to stay calm, listen actively, and reach productive outcomes.

Once we got a ‘go’ we confirm the dates in which the session(s) take place. If we run a programme, we check in with the target audience to understand what they want to get out of it.

TIME
This is where the magic happens – the training itself. On site, we create an atmosphere where people feel at ease and engaged. A complete experience, with every detail carefully thought through.

RETRO &
REFINE
We always ask for feedback at the end of a session to improve. If we run multiple sessions, we’ll immediately use the feedback to refine our approach for the next one.
