Customized, flexible HR Advice & Support
PEACE OF MIND
For those occasions when you require occasional People Advice, we offer the “Peace of Mind” package. With this subscription, you'll have access to a dedicated HR advisor who assists you with any People-related questions you may have. This service is fully remote: contact us via phone, email, or Slack, and the golden answer to your question comes your way.
Option include: 8 hours per month: which you can allocate flexibly throughout the month. Suitable for teams with 1-15 employees.
Price: €1000 per month / €11.000 per year if pre-paid (Stamp Card)
A SMART START
For those seeking consistent support, our "Smart Start" package offers a dedicated 7people consultant available on a (bi)-weekly basis. We provide ongoing guidance and advice, whether onsite or remote, tailored to your needs.
Options include:

8 hours per 2 weeks: One of our team members will support you either one day every 2 weeks for 8 hours or one day of 4 hours per week. Suitable for teams with 10-15 employees.

8 hours per week: One of our team members will support you for one full 8-hour day per week, or alternatively, two days per week with 4 hours each. Suitable for teams with 15-25 employees.
Price: €950 per day
LEVELING UP
When you need someone to fully manage your HR Operations and help you with scaling up, our “Leveling Up” package is tailored to meet your needs. We go beyond the basics to ensure your HR processes are optimized for growth. As your business grows, you may eventually want to hire a permanent HR-professional, and we can help you finding the ideal candidate. With this package, you'll have a dedicated 7people consultant guiding you every step of the way.
Options include:

16 hours per week: 2 days per week. Suitable for teams with 25+ employees.

GOING FOR GROWTH
You need to scale fast and therefore need a lot of people power to succeed. We put a team together of experts, who take care of everything - from hiring to onboarding, performance, compensation, tooling etc. We set you up in a scalable way,
Options include: As many days per week as you need to scale up quickly.

Getting started with our team is super simple.

We’ll advise you on our availability and pricing. If there is a match, we will send you a tailored quote.Absolutely! We understand that the startup landscape is highly dynamic. Therefore, our packages are designed to be extremely flexible. You can scale up and down according to your needs, provided you give us 1 months' notice.
We normally do the matching for you, because we know who has which specific knowledge.
If we have multiple people with the same experience available, you can indicate your preference.
We have our own team of people, who are on our payroll and work for 7people long-term. We call this our ‘core-team’. These consultants do project work as well as interim assignments.
If you have an interim assignment, we’ll always first see if we can provide someone from our own team. If we are fully booked, we try to match you with one of our freelancers. We work with 10+ freelancers on a regular basis.
