People & Culture Specialist / HR Operations / HR Generalist

Our Specialists have a background in people operations in combination with recruitment, and they all have a relevant degree in this field. They can jump into any existing HR department and help you with the administrative side, as well as provide advice to employees and managers. They have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

People & Culture Lead / HRBP / HR Advisor

Our Leads have a background as HR Business Partner, and can provide advice to managers and leaders. They have often worked as HR manager (managing small teams) before, and can lead complex projects themselves. All of them have worked for a range of innovative companies. They have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.

Expert - L&D / Compensation & Benefits / HRIS

Our Experts have a background working in a specific domain, and are absolutely amazing in that specific area. We know all our experts very well, as we’ve worked with them for years on a range of projects. They are freelancers, who benefit from working with 7people by joining us on projects where they provide specific expertise.

People & Culture Leader / Head of People / HR Manager

Our Leaders have a background as HR Manager, Head or People or VP People. They have managed teams, and worked directly with CEO’s and Founders to design and execute the HR strategy. All of them have worked for a range of innovative companies. They have 5-15 years of experience in a similar role.

People & Culture Project Manager

Our Project Managers have a background working in HR, and can oversee any project from start to finish. They aren’t the subject matter experts themselves, they use their superb planning skills to ensure we - as a team - deliver a quality result within the set timelines. In more complex assignments, we often use a PM.


We offer a range of options when it comes to recruitment. We have a strong network of freelancers we can tap into, as well as RPO solutions. When recruitment is part of the assignment, we will arrange the resources for you.

We provide interim support for diverse occasions, such as expertise during specific periods, sick leave, extra capacity during busy times, maternity leave, covering a sabbatical, and temporary replacements for resignations.

Examples of interim support we offer


First, we need to know what you need and by when. We have a conversation about the scope of the role, the knowledge you require and the type of person you need.


Based on your needs, we discuss the requirements internally and review who is the best match. We then provide you with the available option(s) and the pricing.


You meet with the proposed team member(s). This can be online or at your office. It’s key for us that you both agree there is a great match.


We agree on the start date. We will send you our contract with all the details and scope of work, once this is signed we are ready to go!

  • We can let you know in a few minutes. Our team is often booked weeks or even months ahead. However, sometimes we have immediate availability. The best way to find out is contacting us. We can let you know instantly.

  • Let us know what you need, and we’ll make the match. When you contact us, we’ll book a call to get to know you and understand your requirements. For interim support, it’s key that we know the scope of the role, the duration of the assignment, and the location. We always work in a combination of onsite and remote work, and will tailor this to your needs.

  • We have our own team of people, who are on our payroll and work for 7people long-term. We call this our ‘core-team’. These consultants do project work as well as interim assignments. 


    If you have an interim assignment, we’ll always first see if we can provide someone from our own team. If we are fully booked, we try to match you with one of our freelancers. We work with 10+ freelancers on a regular basis.
