Yes, we have our own team of people, who are on our payroll and work for 7people long-term.
We call this our ‘core-team’. These consultants do project work as well as interim assignments.
If you have an interim assignment, we’ll always first see if we can provide someone from our own team. If we are fully booked, we can match you with one of our freelancers. We work with many freelancers on a regular basis.
We always work on an exclusive basis, and depending on the role, we charge between 20-25% of the annual salary.
We charge 25% for (C-level) retained search assignments.
If you also work with us for an interim solution (often until the permanent candidate has been hired), you get a discount - we then charge 15%.
